Tvline.com broke the news earlier today that Fox’s new show, The Gifted, has been renewed for a second season. The family centered Marvel drama has been a hit with fans and critics alike.
The show is currently in its first season with the two-hour finale airing next week.
While the first season didn’t do incredibly in terms of the ratings it received, the passion for it among fans along with the over 8 million viewers on different media platforms helped executives come to their decision.
Further information regarding an air date and episode count is still yet to be announced.
